I backed into a fence and broke the rear window out of my Excursion. This replacement worked well and was reasonably priced and it came with the seal necessary for installation.

The window fit perfectly but you do need to be careful when putting it in place, the adhesive sealant is very sticky and difficult to move once it’s in place.

Fit in my 2001 excursion. Much cheaper option than taking it to a shop for replacement. Took about 2 hours to replace.
