Year if the Dragon –
The product it self is very good and a lot cheaper then dealership prices (which is not saying much being that the dealership price our way out of hand) , but to the point, the screw they provide for you our just ridicules , you couldn’t install this sunroof deflector with these screws even if Roseanna Bar sat on it . They couldn’t realize that when they sent the product out ?? I had to go to Home Depot try to find long enough screw to reach now I have to paint them black to match the exterior, just not a good way to sell a product, but cheaper then dealership prices , just keep reminding yourself about that Lol.

I love it. I’m pretty picky on which one I wanted on my 2009 Honda Accord sun roof, but this fits great. It took me a little bit to install it myself, but overall it looks great & pretty easy to install.

We installed it on a 2010 Honda Odyssey and it allows you to have a conversation when driving with the roof open, especially “around town”. It was easy to install and I like the lower profile when compared to the factory deflector’s style. A second set of hands helps. There are lots of complaints about the screws not being long enough. If the screw is not long enough, you do not have the deflector positioned correctly near its final positioning. I struggled with the screws until I got it in the right position. Remember to get the screws started then move the defector forward so the clips do not prevent the roof from fully closing. Verify the rubber gasket/seal is flush (not rolled under) with car before tightening the screws.11/30/17 Update: This deflector began to vibrate at speeds above 70mph. Tightening it did not seem to help. I removed it over a year ago. I have an OEM deflector/visor on my CRV that has four fasteners and have never had a problem with it. This one only has two.

Took it off of my 09 civic, it doesn’t match the car and is bulky

I really liked the appearance and finish of this wind deflector. It looked awesome on my 2005 Honda Accord EXL Coupe. Only problem is that this screen only fits the Sedan I later found out and does NOT work with a 2 door coupe. The attachment clips are too short and do not reach all the way to the moon roof. Disappointed as the Amazon site said it would fit my vehicle but I should have checked with Weathertech myself.

I’ve purchased several WeatherTech items over the years. All have been satisfactory. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as happy with this one. The product is made well but when you take the product out of the box there is no curvature, it is straight. The roof of my car has curvature. The Magiclips that come with the product are designed so that when when you install it, it forces the deflector to seat correctly on the roof. Everything looks good on the sides but, the middle has a bit of a gap where the rubber meets the paint. I believe this is due to it being straight on the front part of the deflector.

I bought the WeatherTech for my 2007 Honda CRV EX-L. It was a total nightmare. I could not even get one side one side installed. (WeatherTech only comes with two brackets.) The end of the screws were a smidge over 2 inches from the bracket. NO WAY to install. WeatherTech’s great advice was to press harder. Myself, my neighbor and his 18 year old son could not muscle it anywhere near the bracket to even attempt to start the screw to connect. I returned it and bought the OEM Sunroof Deflector from Honda. The Honda sunroof deflector came with 4 brackets and screws, all screws fit properly into the brackets and had nuts underneath the bracket that the screws fit into. It was simple to install and looks great. I was disappointed by the Weathertech. I have the Weathertech clip and adhesive window deflectors on my Honda and installed all four without issue and they still look fantastic four years in but the Sunroof Wind Deflector is horribly designed for install. Even a tech. from the dealership couldn’t install it and stated if I really wanted the Weathertech on, to go buy at least two inch longer screws. You shouldn’t have to purchase additional hardware to force an installation for the price of the deflector. I don’t think longer screws would have solved the install problem in the long run due to tightness for fit. The nicest thing I can say about Weathertech, they did give me a refund. Buy the OEM brand for your vehicle and save hours of frustration in the long run.
